Job Description

Position: Project Coordinator 
Location: Remote
Duration: 1 Year

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Coordinator with over 5 years of experience in managing and communicating projects with direct user impact. The successful candidate will be adept at planning and coordinating various aspects of project execution, including scheduling, budgeting, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Scheduling and Budgeting: Plan, coordinate, and track project schedules and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks including organizing meetings, managing conference room bookings, and coordinating conference calls.
  • Documentation: Take detailed meeting minutes, document action items, and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding tasks.
  • Presentation Development: Assist in the creation and refinement of presentations and other project-related materials.
  • Logistics Management: Facilitate project logistics to support smooth project operations and communication.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 4-6 years of experience in project coordination or a related area, with a strong focus on user impact.
  • Skills: Proficient in project management concepts, practices, and procedures. Ability to utilize experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Attributes: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Reporting: Typically reports to a project leader or manager.
