Key Responsibilities:

Provide engaging and interactive ESL lessons in a virtual classroom setting.
Develop lesson plans that cater to the varied needs of English language learners.
Assess students' language proficiency and adapt instruction to promote continuous growth.
Track student progress, document achievements, and offer regular feedback.
Maintain open communication with students, families, and fellow educators to support learning goals.
Leverage technology and online tools to enhance the educational experience.
Qualifications:

A valid Ohio teaching certification with an ESL endorsement.
Prior experience teaching ESL students, preferably in an online environment.
Excellent communication, organizational, and technology skills.
Ability to work independently while managing a flexible, part-time schedule.
