Job Description

We are currently working with a tort and litigation law firm that is looking for a Director of Marketing and Attorney Recruiting would be responsible for overseeing the marketing and business development efforts of the firm, as well as managing the full recruitment process for attorneys, including lateral hires and associates.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Oversees brand management, ensuring consistency across all communications and media.

Manages the firm's website, social media presence, and online reputation.

Directs the development of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, attorney bios, and client alerts.

Executes digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, and email marketing initiatives.

Manages public relations efforts, including press releases, media relations, and award submissions.

Assists attorneys with the preparation of speaking engagements, articles, and thought leadership initiatives.

Collaborates with the firm's recruiting committees to identify hiring needs and recruit attorneys who align with the firm's strategic goals.

Builds and maintains relationships with law schools, recruitment agencies, and professional organizations to maintain a pipeline of potential candidates.

Plans and manages on-campus interviews (OCI), recruitment events, and career fairs.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field required.

At least five years of experience in marketing and planning required.

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing, business development, and/or attorney recruiting, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.

Strong understanding of the legal industry, attorney recruitment processes, and marketing best practices.

US citizen or permanent resident.

The salary range is $90-110k DOE
