We are seeking a Customer Concierge to join our Service team. What We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is someone who can work in a customer-facing, fast-paced environment coupled with exceptional resiliency and composure. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
• Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service and follow up as needed.
• Work as the liaison between each department and the customer, providing assistance as needed.
• Ensures that the daily transactions of the dealership are completed in a satisfactory manner.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the highest customer experience and satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Organized and friendly personality
• High level of professional communication skills
• Valid in-state driver's license and automobile insurance.
