Are you a college graduate looking for an entry level career at a growing company? Our corporate office in downtown Chicago (currently temporarily remote) is looking to hire highly motivated, self-driven, personable, and team-oriented Care Coordinators . Our ideal candidates are outgoing, professional, have great organizational and administrative skills, and excel when multi-tasking. Though all candidates will be considered, we are particularly interested in hiring for  evening and weekend shifts .

The Care Coordinator's primary responsibility is to interface with patients on the phone, email, and live chat to get them scheduled at one of our 18 Chicagoland clinics. This role will also work internally with clinic teams and providers to ensure they have all the relevant information and guidance they need to provide a 5-star patient experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with patients
  • Serve as our new patient scheduling liaison for 18 clinics across the Chicagoland area
  • Manage and schedule new patient appointments and promptly respond to new patient inquiries
  • Provide support to clinics for scheduling, insurance collection, and billing related questions

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree from a 4-year accredited school
  • 1+ years of experience in retail, sales, hospitality, or customer relations
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Great team player able to adapt in a fast-paced work environment
  • Customer-first, outgoing attitude and exceptional customer service skills
  • Professional and courteous demeanor in all forms of communication
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills; top-notch tact in handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Takes ownership and applies rigor to all tasks assigned – understands the direct impact this role has on business operations
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
  • Comfort conducting daily tasks on the phone or computer
  • Ease and savviness utilizing Microsoft office products and various software
  • Availability to work nights and Saturdays or Sundays
  • Must provide high speed internet connection
  • Must have a quiet work environment to take and make phone calls
