Job Description

Salary: $119,000 - 159,000 per year Requirements:

• Active Workday Payroll and Absence certifications
• Minimum 3 years of direct experience implementing Workday Payroll and Absence in a public sector or government environment
• Strong leadership and independent management skills
• Experience working on Workday projects in government/public sector settings
• Proficient written and verbal communication abilities
• Proven track record of meeting deadlines and deliverables
• Experience collaborating with or managing offshore teams and professionally addressing cross-team issues

• Take ownership of the Payroll and Absence workstream, overseeing configuration updates and new implementations
• Follow the Workday Methodology through all phases: Plan, Architect/Configure, Test, Deploy, and Hypercare, ensuring accountability for outcomes
• Collaborate with the internal Accenture team and utilize our project management tools for effective tracking and reporting
• Conduct meetings with client stakeholders, managing risks and providing updates to leadership
• Work alongside project teams on Time Tracking, Scheduling, and Extended Use Cases to ensure seamless integration with Payroll and Absence modules
