Job Summary
We are seeking passionate, wellness-minded individuals to help clients plan personalized wellness retreats and rejuvenating travel experiences. As a Wellness Trip Planner , you'll assist travelers in selecting relaxing destinations, retreats, and holistic travel packages that align with their well-being goals.
This remote position is ideal for those who value work flexibility, customer interaction, and the chance to contribute to others' self-care and wellness journeys through travel.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients in planning wellness-focused travel experiences, including spa retreats, yoga getaways, eco-lodges, and peaceful destinations
Research travel options using approved supplier tools and software
Match clients with travel experiences that support relaxation, healing, and mindfulness
Maintain organized records of client preferences, reservations, and communications
Follow up with travelers to ensure satisfaction and assist with any adjustments
Share knowledge on wellness destinations, trends, and available packages
Provide excellent virtual customer service via email, phone, or video
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Enthusiastic about wellness, travel, and helping others
Organized and capable of handling multiple bookings and client needs
Comfortable using computers and online systems
Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop or desktop
Must be 18 years or older
Previous experience in travel or wellness is a plus, but not required
