Warranty Dispatcher

Job Summary
The Warranty Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating warranty service calls, communicating with customers and technicians, and ensuring warranty claims are handled efficiently. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to prioritize, track, and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process warranty service requests from customers, vendors, and manufacturers.
• Dispatch technicians to service calls based on location, availability, and urgency.
• Maintain accurate records of warranty claims, including service reports, parts orders, and follow-ups.
• Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, service updates, and warranty coverage details.
• Work with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure timely processing of warranty parts and claims.
• Provide administrative support to the service department, including data entry and documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve scheduling conflicts or service delays.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in dispatching, customer service, or an administrative role (preferably in the plumbing or home services industry).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Spanish speaker preferred.
• Proficiency in computer systems, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of plumbing systems and warranty processes is a plus.
