Warehouse/Production Supervisor – Food Manufacturing

Who:
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse/Production Supervisor with at least 5 years of experience in the Ready-to-Eat foods industry, specifically in a warehouse or production setting. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of supervisory experience, with a strong background in the poultry industry. Cross-training team members and bilingual skills in English and Spanish are highly preferred.

As a Warehouse/Production Supervisor, you will manage day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment, ensuring team efficiency, safety, and compliance. This role involves supervising employees, ensuring operational goals are met, and addressing daily challenges. You will play a critical role in maintaining workflow, training employees, and ensuring that work is performed under safe and sanitary conditions in the Ready-to-Eat food industry.

When:
This is a full-time position with immediate availability. The role requires a flexible schedule, including weekends, to meet the demands of production and warehouse operations.

Where:
The position is based at our Gainesville, GA facility, where the work environment includes cooler temperatures and wet, slippery surfaces.
