Job Description

We are looking for experienced and dynamic servers and bartenders to join our team. We pride ourselves on creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests, and we are looking for individuals who share the same passion for customer service.

Responsibilities for Servers:

• Greeting customers upon arrival and seating them at their tables.
• Presenting menus and taking orders from customers.
• Answering questions about menu items, making recommendations, and providing information about specials.
• Serving food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Checking back with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the meal.
• Handling payments and making change.
• Assisting with bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Adhering to all health and safety standards.

Qualifications for Servers:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine and wine is a plus.
