Job Description

We seek a dedicated and enthusiastic Virtual Travel Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in travel planning and customer service to create bespoke itineraries and ensure exceptional experiences for our clients. As a virtual consultant, you will have the flexibility to work remotely while providing personalized support and building lasting relationships with travelers from around the globe.

 
Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing to understand their travel preferences, interests, and budget
• Research destinations, accommodations, activities, and transportation options to design customized travel itineraries
• Provide expert advice on travel-related matters, including visa requirements, health and safety precautions, and cultural considerations
• Book flights, hotels, tours, and other travel services using reservation systems and online platforms
• Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure seamless travel arrangements and exceptional service for clients
• Handle inquiries, reservations, payments, and any changes or cancellations promptly and accurately
• Stay informed about industry trends, travel regulations, and emerging destinations
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through attentive communication and personalized service

 
 
Requirements:

• Minimum age of 18.
• Access to a smartphone/laptop with internet connectivity.
• Authorization to work in the US.
