Description: Marsh is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Phoenix, AZ office. This role is an onsite position.
Product Designer What can you expect? - Possesses a deep understanding of UX/UI best practices and technology, keeping abreast of the latest trends and innovative approaches.

We will count on you to: - Experience with Figma, Sketch, and Design Systems. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD is a significant advantage.
- Work with methodologies and processes such as Agile, Design Thinking, and User-Centered Design
- Collaborate with both business users and technical teams, discussing technical concepts, and devising solutions that meet the needs of all stakeholders
- Detect design challenges and develop sophisticated solutions
- Create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to visualise design concepts
- Make strategic design and UX decisions for both core and new functionalities and features
- Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand design requirements and project goals
- Adhere to brand guidelines and utilizing UX/UI design patterns.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and best practices
What you need to have :
- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Computer Science, or related field. 4 years of related experience working in UX/UI roles
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design skills and experience.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Experience in application of UX trends, methodologies, and expert skill with UX tools
- Experience in UI component libraries and frameworks
- A strong portfolio showcasing successful UX projects and other technical achievements is crucial.
