This role requires someone who takes significant ownership, enjoys a fast-paced, driven work environment, and has a strong drive to learn and grow. If you are not ready for that, this role is not a good fit for you!

About Trackonomy

At Trackonomy, we are pioneering a transformative network of interconnected objects. Our goal is to bring inanimate objects to life, giving them the ability to converse, think, and interact in real-time. Envision a world where our devices seamlessly integrate with every physical entity, facilitating a global conversation among them. Our overarching mission is to craft the operating system for the connected world, one object, and sensor at a time. Our customers are major players in various verticals such as logistics, industrial, utilities, healthcare, and government. They use our solutions for a wide range of applications like predictive maintenance, workflow optimization, asset protection, safety, security, and environmental monitoring. We are a unicorn, funded by top investors like Kleiner Perkins and 8VC.

Our executive leadership team has experience working together for over two decades, having previously held key roles in the C-suites of renowned companies such as Flextronics, Heptagon, GT-Nexus, and Digital Motors Corporation. Together, we have engineered revolutionary technology that is yielding extraordinary results.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and closing offers for technical positions.
  • Proactively source passive candidates using LinkedIn, professional networks, online communities, social media, and other creative sourcing strategies.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified technical talent for current and future hiring needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, salary information, and competitors’ hiring practices to refine recruitment strategies.
  • Track, analyze, and report on recruiting metrics to improve processes, and provide transparency and data-driven insights to stakeholders.
  • Partner with marketing and HR to develop and promote our employer brand to attract top technical talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to thoroughly understand job requirements and develop accurate job descriptions for open positions.
  • Manage salary negotiations and offer processes for final candidates.
  • Establish and maintain a strong presence in the technical and industry community to enhance recruitment efforts.
  • Attend job fairs, industry conferences, and other networking events; manage company booths at job fairs to promote employer brand and attract potential candidates.

Qualifications:

  • Typically requires a minimum of 6-10 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree
  • Proficiency with ATS software Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting platforms.
  • Familiarity with technical roles and languages (e.g., Python, Java, cloud platforms) and ability to engage with candidates on technical topics.
  • Strong network within the technology industry and a history of building relationships with passive candidates.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
  • Proficient time-management skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

The salary range for this role is $120,000 to $180,000, plus bonuses and Pre-IPO equity. It is uncommon for anyone to be hired at or near the top range for their role, and final compensation is based on the facts and circumstances of the case. The compensation range is broad because it reflects many factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience, and training directly relevant to the role, business and company needs, cultural fit, level, and location.
