System One is assisting a Tulsa client with a search for a Technical Recruiter. This is a new position due to business growth. The company offers competitive benefits and bonus eligible.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle ensuring a smooth and positive experience
- Determine the company's needs through collaboration with hiring managers and understanding the technical requirements and project needs
- Develop and execute a strategic recruiting plan for identifying technical talent using a variety of methods
- Screen and evaluate the candidates ensuring technical and cultural fit. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Communicate periodic updates on status of searches and candidate pipelines
- Stay up-to-date on the market / industry trends, competitor practices and emerging technologies
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical recruiter role
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of technical roles and aptitude for learning technical areas
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with computers and recruiting databases
- Ability to build relationships with technical professionals and industry partners
- May require travel up to 10 - 20%
Target Salary: $75K - $85K
