What You will Do

  • Manage the entire end-to-end candidate recruitment process
  • Write job postings and job descriptions for technical roles such as DevOps Engineers, Full-Stack Developers, Project Managers and Data Scientists
  • Execute high-impact, high-volume outbound candidate sourcing activities via telemarketing and email outreach for passive and active candidates
  • Engage in high-impact social recruiting on LinkedIn to attract and engage highly demand technical consultants
  • Execute phone, video and in-person candidate interviews
  • Interview, screen and qualify candidates applying various structured interview methods (contextual, use case interviewing/STAR, behavioral, etc.)
  • Source potential candidates from niche platforms such as LinkedIn, Dice, Stack Overflow, GitHub
  • Work closely and collaboratively with assigned Account Manager(s) to develop and implement appropriate sourcing strategies to attract and engage qualified candidates
  • Conduct candidate reference checks and generate sales leads for the sales team

Qualifications

Prior recruitment experience is not required. We have an amazing training program and can teach you everything you need to know to be a top performer. What is required however;
