Monday | 8am - 4:30pm |
Tuesday | 8am - 4:30pm |
Wednesday | 8am - 4:30pm |
Thursday | 8am - 4:30pm |
Friday | 8am- 4:30 pm |
Hours per week : 10 - 20
Duties of Position (Include but not limited to):
Reception
Answer phones
Greet visitors
Special projects
Assist faculty/staff/students,
Schedule appointments
Help register students for class
Check-in/intake of students
Make copies
Data entry
Give directions
Education Requirements :In order to apply for this position, you must be:
A current Harper College student
Enrolled in at least six credit hours per semester (three for summer)
Be eligible for English 097 or higher
Experience Requirements :
Customer service and/or office experience preferred but not required.
