We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team and lead critical initiatives to achieve our strategic goals.

Position Overview:
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex projects from inception to completion working cross functionally throughout many of our teams. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in project management team leadership and crossfunctional collaboration. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills the ability to manage multiple priorities and the capability to drive projects to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring alignment with company objectives and timelines.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans including scope goals deliverables resources and timelines.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including R&D marketing creative production and supply chain to ensure successful project execution and product launch.
  • Monitor and report on project progress proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
  • Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders at all levels to ensure project alignment and successful outcomes.
  • Maintain project documentation including status reports decision logs and lessons learned.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and safety standards throughout project execution.
  • Manage project budgets ensuring effective allocation of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Mentor and support junior project managers and team members fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management or a related field; PMP certification preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in project management with a focus on consumer goods or related industries.
  • Proven experience in leading crossfunctional teams and managing largescale projects.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make datadriven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g. Microsoft Project Asana or Trello).
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment while managing competing priorities.
  • A strong understanding of product development processes and consumer trends in the goods sector is a plus.
