Looking for Sr. Project Manager - Available on C2C and W2
Location: IN - need locals
Need healthcare client experience and PMP or Scrum-certified candidates.
Desired Experience:
• A minimum of 7+ years of experience in project management or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A strong understanding of project management methodologies is required
• Strong experience leading, facilitating, and motivating teams for medium- to large-scale IT projects required
• Strong understanding and experience working with stakeholders to achieve their goals
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills required
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization required
• Advanced troubleshooting, critical thinking, analytical problem-solving, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to develop productive working relationships, communicate clearly, and collaborate with people across the organization; ability to manage projects to a successful conclusion.
• Demonstrable experience in managing vendor relations and partnerships within the project lifecycle.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks beyond the routine
• High degree of independence, intuition, and initiative
• Ability to maintain composure and control when projects do not proceed as planned.
• Ability to manage the work of a team engaged in providing specific services and projects.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Project, Visio, and Office.
• PMP, Scrum, or similar certifications are desired.
• New COTS implementation experience: highly desired
• Strong understanding of healthcare enterprise systems desired
