- Contract Duration: 12-months
- Worksite Location: Minnetonka, MN or remote
What you will do as a Sr. Program Manager: Program Execution (70%)- Collaborate with stakeholders to define program scope, milestones, and outcomes; support business case development.
- Identify resource needs, align with budget constraints, and facilitate hiring.
- Participate in PI Planning and demos to ensure alignment across ARTs and business divisions.
- Report program progress and key milestones to stakeholders, including steering and portfolio management.
- Develop and manage critical path/milestones in collaboration with business and Product Management.
- Coordinate program activities across entities (business readiness, communications, tech delivery).
- Manage executive stakeholder communications and facilitate Executive Steering Committees.
- Address dependencies, issues, and risks, facilitating resolutions as needed.
- Support Product Managers and Business Readiness teams in managing expectations.
- Hold teams accountable for deliverables, serving as an escalation resource.
- Oversee program financials and resolve budget-related issues.
Relationship Management (30%)- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams across operational areas.
- Coach and support project managers through the project life cycle.
- Provide leadership in overcoming project challenges.
What you will bring to the Sr. Program Manager role: Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience.
- 7+ years of experience, including 3+ years in managing complex cross-departmental programs and project managers.
- Experience in managing strategic and transformation programs, $1M+ budgets, and cross-functional teams.
- End-to-end program management with Agile delivery methodologies.
- Strong executive communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Preferred: PMP certification, healthcare experience (payer environment).
Preferred Experience - Leading Payment Integrity, Contact Center, STARS, Billing, Enrollment, and clinical platform transformations.
- Experience with Epic Payer Platform, network expansion, and platform migration.
