Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Manager to join our marketing team and elevate our online presence.

 

As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging social media strategies that reflect our brand’s voice and engage our audience. You will manage our social media channels, create compelling content, and analyse performance metrics to drive growth and engagement across platforms.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Monitor, moderate, and respond to social media interactions in a timely manner.
  • Analyse social media performance metrics and use insights to optimize future content and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget management and performance tracking.
  • Conduct audience research to identify new opportunities for engagement and content creation.
  • Create and maintain a social media content calendar to ensure consistent messaging and posting schedules.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in [specific industry, if applicable].
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Creative mindset with strong graphic design skills (experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
