SharePoint Online Developer

Responsibilities:

* Design and Development:

* Create modern, responsive SharePoint pages, web parts, and applications using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), React, TypeScript, and other web technologies.
* Implement responsive designs with CSS frameworks like Bootstrap or Fluent UI.
* Develop and maintain custom workflows, forms, and integrations using Power Automate, Power Apps, or other technologies.

* Collaboration and Customization:

* Work with stakeholders and team members to gather requirements and design solutions.
* Deliver high-quality SharePoint Online customizations.
* Provide support, maintenance, and updates for existing solutions.

* Troubleshooting and Optimization:

* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint Online customizations, performance, and usability.
* Stay updated with the latest SharePoint Online features, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve solutions.

* Documentation and Code Quality:

* Document technical specifications, processes, and best practices.
* Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices.

Qualifications:

* Required:

* Active TS/SCI Clearance with a CI Polygraph.
* Current DoD IAT II Level certification or ability to obtain within the first 90 days.

* Highly Desired:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
* 2-3+ years of experience in SharePoint Online development, including custom solution creation using SPFx.
* Proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
* Experience with modern SharePoint page development and web part creation.
* Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft Graph API.
* Familiarity with CSS frameworks like Bootstrap or Fluent UI.
* Experience with Microsoft SharePoint or Microsoft 365 certification.
* Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
* Familiarity with other Microsoft technologies, such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Office UI Fabric.
* Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
* Experience with Nintex Forms & PowerApp Development is a plus.
