Our financial services client is seeking a Senior Tax Accountant to join their growing team and assist with tax and accounting responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and file tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and other entities.
- Collaborate directly with partners, managers, and clients to resolve tax and accounting issues.
- Conduct in-depth tax research and provide analysis on technical tax and accounting matters.
- Assist with tax planning and strategy development to optimize tax positions and minimize risk.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues prior to final review, maintaining accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with accounting, finance, and legal teams on cross-function matters as needed.
- � Analyze financial data and ensure proper documentation for all tax-related activities.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience preparing tax returns required including individuals, partnerships, S corps, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
- CPA license or CPA in progress preferred
- Experience working with Real Estate or High Net Worth Individual Clients strongly preferred
- Proficient in tax software (e.g., UltraTax CS, SurePrep, Yardi, QuickBooks, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and team player attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability manage client relationships under tight deadlines.
Salary & Benefits:
- The hourly for this role is $34 � $44/hr depending upon relevant experience and significant overtime is also expected.
