What You'll Need:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering
15+ years of experience in transportation drainage design and project management
Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas
Strong understanding of transportation design standards and regulations
Proficiency in design software (e.g., MicroStation, GEOPAK, ORD)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
