### What You'll Do:
- Work with a diverse portfolio of clients, providing full-service accounting support.
- Ensure the accuracy of financial records through daily review of transactions and reports.
- Assist in financial accounting processes, from reconciliations to financial statement preparation.
- Prepare management reports and respond to client questions and requests.
- Use technology to improve workflows and streamline accounting processes.
- Build strong relationships with business owners and managers, offering valuable financial insights.

### What We're Looking For:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (preferred).
- 5+ years of full-charge bookkeeping experience.
- Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks or Sage Intacct.
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Office and advanced Excel.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- CPA, CPA candidate, or Enrolled Agent certification is a plus.
- Verifiable references.
