Role: Scrum Master with Strong JIRA

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Seeking a hands-on Scrum Master with a strong background in Agile methodologies and a proven track record of facilitating high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the Scrum framework and experienced in using JIRA and other Atlassian tools to manage Agile projects effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of goals and priorities.
- Guide teams in Agile best practices and help remove impediments to progress.
- Monitor sprint progress using JIRA dashboards and reports, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Coach team members on Agile principles and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Track and report key Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and team capacity.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical deliverables.
- Promote collaboration and communication across cross-functional teams.
- Support release planning and coordination with other teams and departments.
- Utilize Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket) to manage workflows, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and principles (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Proficiency in JIRA and other Atlassian tools.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) preferred."
