Role: Scrum Master/ Product Manager

Job Description:
We are looking for mixed skill set of Product Manager / Scrum Master for running an eCommerce Maintenance project for a leading NA retailer.He/She should be good prioritizing the backlogs by working with Business users spread across NA, EMEA and APAC and plan and run sprints as per the defined capacity
Mandatory:
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc
Remove impediments to the team's progress and escalate issues as needed.
Prioritize and manage the product backlog based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility by working with different business across geos
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and document requirements with clear acceptance criteria
Work with development teams to deliver high-quality features on time.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities as this role demands working with Business users across NA,EMEA and APAC
Excellent experience in using tools JIRA, Confluence and other industry standard tools
