Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for multiple Agile teams.
• Coach team members in Agile methodologies and practices to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
• Identify and remove obstacles that hinder team progress and performance.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure the product backlog is well-defined and prioritized.
• Monitor and report on team performance metrics, guiding continuous improvement efforts.
• Promote a culture of open communication, collaboration, and accountability.
• Foster self-organization among teams to encourage empowered decision-making.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role in Agile environments.
• Certification in Scrum (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum principles.
• Ability to facilitate discussions and drive decision-making among team members.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar management software.
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities.
