Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Scrum Master to lead agile transformation initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize project planning and execution. The ideal candidate will facilitate key ceremonies, manage project budgets, and foster high-performing teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning efforts and backlog grooming activities.
