Job Title: SAP S/4HANA on Cloud (AWS) Security Consultant
Location: Los Angeles CA

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled SAP S/4HANA on Cloud (AWS) Security Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing security solutions for SAP S/4HANA hosted on AWS. This role requires expertise in SAP security, AWS cloud security best practices, and compliance frameworks to ensure a secure and compliant cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities:
•SAP S/4HANA Security Management:
•Define and implement security policies, roles, and authorizations in SAP S/4HANA.
•Perform user access management, segregation of duties (SoD) analysis, and security audits.
•Implement security patches, updates, and compliance controls.
•AWS Cloud Security:
•Design and configure AWS security controls for SAP workloads, including IAM, Security Groups, VPC, and encryption mechanisms.
•Ensure secure integration of SAP systems with AWS services.
•Implement identity and access management (IAM) best practices for SAP users in AWS.
•Compliance & Risk Management:
•Ensure SAP security compliance with industry standards (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, etc.).
•Conduct risk assessments and security gap analysis for SAP on AWS.
•Implement security monitoring, logging, and auditing mechanisms.
•Incident Response & Security Operations:
•Investigate and respond to security incidents related to SAP on AWS.
•Implement security automation and monitoring tools for proactive threat detection.
•Collaborate with IT security teams to enhance overall SAP security posture.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Technical Expertise:
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA security administration (roles, authorizations, SoD).
• Strong knowledge of AWS security services (IAM, KMS, CloudTrail, GuardDuty, Security Hub, etc.).
• Experience with SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) solutions.
• Familiarity with security frameworks like NIST, CIS, ISO 27001, and GDPR compliance.
• Professional Experience:
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP security.
• Experience securing SAP workloads on AWS Cloud.
• Strong understanding of SAP Basis and cloud infrastructure security.
• Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory):
• SAP Certified Technology Associate – SAP System Security
• AWS Certified Security – Specialty
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or CISM
