We are seeking experienced and compassionate remote therapists, counselors, and social workers to join our team. As a remote mental health professional, you will provide counseling and therapy services to individuals, couples, and families through telehealth platforms. This position offers the flexibility to work from home while making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients using secure telehealth technology
- Provide individual, couples, and family counseling services
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on clients' needs
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards of practice
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- State licensure as a therapist, counselor, or social worker
- Experience providing therapy or counseling services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and technology
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
