REMOTE: Project Coordinator

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator who will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating project activities from start to finish. The successful candidate will work remotely and collaborate with various teams to ensure successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee project activities and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of deliverables and milestones.
• Collaborate with different teams and stakeholders to develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Review and analyze project documentation, such as bids, RIPs, and proposals, to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Prepare and submit project submittals and requests for approval as needed.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and escalate issues to the appropriate parties when necessary.
• Dissect and analyze project data to identify trends, patterns and issues, and recommend solutions to improve project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a related field such as commercial construction
• 2+ years of experience working in a project coordination role.
• Experience working with Core Engineers
• Experience writing proposals, dissecting jobs, bidding, Request for Proposals
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to dissect and analyze project data to identify trends, patterns and issues.
• Experience working with project bids and proposals is a plus.
