We are currently expanding our sales team and seeking motivated, goal-oriented professionals who are looking for a remote opportunity with strong earning potential and career growth.

Position Overview:

This is a remote sales opportunity where representatives earn through a structured performance-based compensation plan.

What We Offer:

• Base Incentive Pay at North Carolina's minimum wage ($7.25/hr) for the initial 30-60 days to support ramp-up time.
• Performance-Based Compensation – Earn 15-20% per closed deal with uncapped commissions.

Important: The base incentive is an initial support structure to assist with the transition into commission-based earnings and is offset against future commissions. This ensures profitability for both the agent and the company as the role grows.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Outbound Sales & Lead Generation – Contact business owners through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach to introduce funding solutions.
• Consultative Selling – Understand client needs and recommend the best financing options.
• Deal Management – Guide businesses through the funding process, from initial application to approval.
• Client Relationship Management – Maintain long-term relationships with clients and build a strong referral network.
• Meet & Exceed Sales Targets – Proactively drive revenue growth through consistent client engagement and follow-ups.

Who Should Apply?

• You Are Comfortable Talking to Business Owners – Strong communication and sales skills are key.
• You Have a Competitive Mindset – Sales experience in MCA, business loans, or finance is a plus, but not required.
• You Are Tech-Savvy – Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel) and auto-dialers is helpful.
