Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) with a strong background in laser procedures to join a well-established and growing medical practice in beautiful Temecula, California . This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who enjoys working in a patient-focused, modern clinical environment and is looking for stable weekday hours with no nights or weekends.

Position Overview
The RN in this role will be responsible for performing and assisting with a variety of laser treatments and aesthetic procedures. You will work closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure safe, effective, and high-quality patient care. This position is ideal for an RN who is detail-oriented, confident with technology, and passionate about aesthetic medicine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform laser treatments in accordance with established clinical protocols and safety standards.
• Assess patients before procedures and provide clear pre- and post-treatment instructions.
• Assist in evaluating patient eligibility for specific laser services.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of laser equipment and treatment rooms.
• Document all patient encounters accurately in the electronic medical record system.
• Monitor patient responses to treatments and promptly report any concerns.
• Educate patients on available aesthetic services and expected outcomes.
• Support the medical team with general clinical tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Active California RN License (required).
• Strong understanding of laser safety protocols and best practices.
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a consistent daily schedule.
• Professional demeanor, strong organizational skills, and high attention to detail.
