This position will facilitate the development and implementation ofacademic services in reading and writing across the curriculum. The Learning Specialist will workindividually or with groups of students to promote academic success andretention, may train tutors in working with students on reading andwriting.

Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in Rhetoric/Composition, English, ESL,Education, or closely related field; with one (1) year experience and/ortraining that includes teaching, instructional technology or programdevelopment; or an equivalent combination of education, training, andexperience.
