We’re looking for an energetic and motivated  Quality Assurance Trainer to lead the way in onboarding and training new hires across all our DC processes! Pay Range: $18.00/Hourly  

What you will do?:
  • Onboard and train new hires to ensure they meet the needs and expectations across all DC departments
  • Lead engaging, introductory training sessions that cover essential DC processes, using consistent materials and methods
  • Design and implement a comprehensive training methodology, ensuring standardized materials and documentation across all teams
  • Identify skill gaps and assess training effectiveness to determine when additional support or development is needed
  • Evaluate the overall impact of training programs and continuously assess development needs for all associates
  • Cross-train associates across multiple departments to enhance team versatility and skillsets
  • Develop and update training curriculum to meet the evolving needs of the DC and keep everyone on track
  • Support the standardization of processes throughout the distribution center to ensure consistency and efficiency
  • Contribute to process standardization efforts by identifying opportunities for improvement and translating CBPs (Current Business Practices)

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt training methods to diverse learning styles and environments
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to maintain patience while training and mentoring
  • Ability to build positive relationships and work effectively with individuals across all levels of the organization
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a cooperative work environment
  • Clear and confident communicator, capable of facilitating both classroom and hands-on, on-the-floor training for individuals or groups
  • Exceptional attendance and reliability, with flexibility to work occasional overtime as needed
  • Able to adapt training approaches to meet the unique needs of each individual in a dynamic, evolving setting
  • Familiarity with Material Handling Equipment (MHE) including forklifts, pallet jacks, and Joeys is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a distribution center
  • 1+ years of experience leading a team is preferred
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, rotating schedules, and holidays as required by training and business needs
  • Previous experience with forklifts and other distribution center machinery is preferred
  • Prior experience in training or onboarding in a high-volume Distribution Center is highly desirable
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 70 pounds as needed
  • Ability to work primarily while standing, bending, stooping, and/or walking for up to 8-10 hours daily
