What You'll Do:

Traeger is seeking a QA Tester to join our dynamic Business Systems and ERP team in Salt Lake City. As our QA Tester, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our systems. You will design, build, and implement scalable automated quality assurance tests and best practices, taking full ownership of QA activities within the team. Your role will include maintaining QA policy, implementation, and process documentation, as well as building test plans and test cases to ensure comprehensive verification of new developments. Collaborating closely with developers, business analysts and ERP users, you will help build appropriate automated test coverage and develop test frameworks, harnesses, and test cases as needed.

How You Will Help Us Win:

• Design, build and implement scalable automated quality assurance tests and best practices
• Own QA activities for the team
• Test data integrations pipeline for the team
• Communicate effectively with product and non-product team members of the organization and engineering quality issues
• Maintain QA policy, implementation, and process documentation
• Ability to iterate in a continuous delivery environment
• Builds test plans and test cases to ensure that all new development is comprehensively verified
• Works with developers to build appropriate automated test coverage
• Build test frameworks, harnesses, and test cases as needed
• Works with the QA Lead to coordinate testing best practice

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• 4+ years of applicable experience
• Previous ERP Experience (User and/or Tester - Epicor ERP preferred)
• Self-starter - must be comfortable taking ownership/initiating testing domain responsibilities
• Agile project experience
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Relational database expertise
• Knowledge of data integrations/flow - AWS
• Familiarity with orders to cash business process
• Experience working with developers, BAs and users - good communication
• Experience with designing, building and implementing scalable automated quality assurance tests and best practices
