Job Title : Software Test Analyst/QA
Location: Lansing, MI (Hybrid)
Overview:
This role involves managing all test activities, communicating with business and technical teams, and ensuring quality assurance for new and updated systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Business Analysts and developers on requirements, development, and testing.
Develop and execute test scenarios and scripts to meet acceptance criteria.
Conduct functional and integration testing, including coordination with third-party teams.
Document test scripts, results, and maintain test documentation.
Manage test planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
Required Skills:
3+ years with SAP Financials (TRM preferred), web-based testing, test planning, and QA tools (e.g., SolMan Test Suite, HPALM).
Experience with automation testing (preferred).
