Job Description

The Project Coordinator will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.
This role involves coordinating tasks, managing resources, and communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders.
(This can be a remote role but candidate must reside in the CST or EST time zone)

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development of project plans and schedules
• Coordinate with project managers to define project tasks and resource requirements
• Maintain project timelines and track progress
• Ensure team members have the necessary tools and information to complete tasks
• Facilitate communication between project team members and stakeholders
• Prepare and distribute project reports, meeting minutes and status updates
• Organize and lead project meetings and conference calls
• Ensure all project documents are up-to-date and accessible
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements
• Coordinate quality control activities and address any quality issues
• Provide support to project managers and team members

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project coordination or similar role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in project management software
• Knowledge of project management methodologies
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Skills:
• Detail-oriented with strong problem solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong time management skills
• Adaptability and flexibility in handling changing priorities
