Position Overview
As a Project Manager, you'll join a dynamic, fully remote team dedicated to serving clients in a variety of industries. In this role, you'll lead the planning and execution of translation projects, managing quality, timelines, and costs to exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management: Lead multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth workflow and timely delivery. Manage translation, print, and multimedia components (e.g., desktop publishing, subtitling, voice-over, e-learning).
Client Collaboration: Partner closely with account managers and clients, participating in kick-off meetings, providing regular updates, and ensuring satisfaction.
Team Coordination: Assemble and supervise project teams, including linguists, typesetters, technical support, and QA specialists.
Vendor Management: Develop strong vendor relationships, manage budgets, and oversee purchase orders.
Quality Assurance: Follow established QA procedures, create and maintain linguistic assets (TMs, glossaries, style guides), and oversee client review processes.
Sales Support: Support the sales team during new client onboarding and assist in ongoing client relations.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of project management experience in translation/localization (experience with multimedia is a plus).
Bachelor's degree in translation, communication, business, technology, or related field.
Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English and additional language knowledge preferred.
Proficiency with industry-standard CAT tools (memoQ, SDL Trados) and experience with CMS systems (e.g., Plunet, XTRF).
Familiarity with multilingual typesetting processes.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and prioritize.
A proactive, problem-solving approach and a dedication to customer service.
Ability to work effectively from a home office.
