We are a growing start-up focused on delivering valued services to established and start-up dental practices and dental service organizations. Our main objective is to deliver expert consulting strategies to operationally organize dental practices, all while being supported by our staffing services. Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Psychology, or any other relevant field.

• No dental experience necessary.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings.

• Proficient in MS Office, and business intelligence software.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.

• Must have a growth mindset and willingness to learn.

• Friendly personality with the ability to collaborate and work well with a team.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Learn the recruiting system utilized for hiring all dental positions.

• Conduct screening phone interviews to vet through prospective candidates and schedule qualified individuals per the client’s feedback.

• Use alternative recruiting methods of outreach to source new candidates.

• Coordinate with other team members on task delegation and prioritization.

• Gather information and create templates for internal company use.

• Research and learn about the dental industry from a business perspective.

• Assist in projects such as event coordination, reorganizing/consolidating documents, conducting research, and creating marketing collateral.

• Monday: 8:00AM - 5:00PM

• Tuesday: 8:00AM - 5:00PM

• Wednesday: 8:00AM - 5:00PM

• Thursday: 8:00AM - 5:00PM

• Friday: 8:00AM - 5:00PM
