Temporary Project-Based Project Coordinator (Remote)

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM EST - 4:00 PM EST

Project Duration: Immediate Start through December 31, 2024

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Temporary Project-Based Project Coordinator to join our team remotely. This role is pivotal in supporting our project managers and ensuring the smooth execution of a new client acquisition project. The successful candidate will work closely with Project Managers, and the Tech  Team to facilitate laptop setups, manage communications, and track project progress.

Responsibilities:

• Assist project managers in managing the Better Together Infrastructure shared mailbox.
• Schedule laptop setup meetings, partnering with Regional Managers and Clinical Supervisors to find optimal times.
• Send out communications to those migrating to the MH laptop, including reminders.
• Update Smartsheets for tracking and communication purposes.
• Ensure laptop setup meetings occur as scheduled; if not, contact the teammate and/or Regional Manager and escalate to the PM.
• Monitor group chats and respond or escalate as necessary.
• Track issues arising from laptop setup meetings.
• Document lessons learned from laptop setup meetings.
• Assist the PMs and Tech Lead Team with additional tasks, including taking notes, following up on action items, updating the Raid Log, escalating issues, creating Smartsheets and dashboards, organizing project folders, and any other tasks to help the team operate more effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Smartsheets or similar project management tools.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with a diverse team and escalate issues when necessary.
• Must reside in the following States: Indiana, Kentucky, Texas, Florida, Georgia, Minnesota, Iowa, Arkansas, Illinois, Michigan, or New Jersey
