Coordinating, organizing, and managing jobs from start to completion! Here at Three Brothers, LLC we are challenging and changing the face of home remodeling market by market and expanding our business and looking for a couple of specific individuals to join our production department as an entry level Production Assistants, a zero-drama position with advancement opportunities and the capacity to learn and grow yourself professionally with job skills that are applicable in any serious company.
Position is hourly with the capacity to bonus every month. With wage increases that are available after probationary period and are performance based consistently over time.
We have our main location in Nampa, Idaho where the role is available in office.
After training and competency is proven, we have options for flexible and sometimes remote days from home, week to week.
Your role is to ensure that our remodeling jobs go smoothly by taking jobs that have been contracted by our sales department and coordinating and organizing labor and materials with our installers to complete the full installation and completion of the work we are contracted for with our homeowners.
This includes communication effectively the whole duration of the job via email, call, and text with homeowners, installers, and your team with updates. Meticulous note taking and updating on various spreadsheets we use to track movement on our jobs.
Navigation with competency on multiple resource and CRM pages online that help us to track every piece of the job that is crucial to the profit, growth, and feedback to departments of our company.
This is all to make sure we are able at the completion of our projects to bring in the revenue that allows the company to function and grow, as well as directly impacting the bonuses of yourself and many individuals in various departments who rely on you in your role to get the result!

Qualifications not needed but preferred:

1+ years of in office logistical work
Excel spreadsheet experience
Microsoft teams experience
1+ years Remodeling/Construction knowledge
Bi-lingual Spanish/English
