Experience working with development teams Required 5 Years Experience testing and supporting responsive design web applications Required 5 Years Experience testing and supporting Cloud hosted technology services Required 5 Years Experience testing and supporting mobile applications Required 5 Years Experience testing and supporting web services Required 5 Years Experience in authoring system and technical documentation diagrams and other artifacts in support of customer service and delivery of technology so Required 5 Years Experience in development and delivery of training content and materials Required 3 Years Experience in production support operations including triage root cause analysis and communications Required 3 Years Knowledge of digital accessibility and disability inclusion Required 0 Knowledge of regulations related to digital accessibility (e.g. Section 508 ADA) Required 0 Knowledge of the Plain Writing Act of 2010 and other regulations related to content accessibility Required 0 Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA requirements related to content authoring and production Required 0 Knowledge of web technologies (e.g. HTML CSS JavaScript) Required 0 Experience creating accessible content using plain language and clear and structured content and providing alternatives as needed Desired 1 Years Experience creating content that reflects diversity and inclusion Desired 1 Years Experience using accessibility evaluation tools and frameworks (e.g. WAVE Developer Tools Accessibility Inspector) Desired 1 Years Experience using assistive technologies (e.g. VoiceOver JAWS Dragon Naturally Speaking ZoomText) Desired 1 Years
