Job Title: Physical Therapist – Outpatient Rehab
Location: Hyannis, MA

Pay Rate: $62 – $65 per hour
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Physical Therapist to join a reputable outpatient rehabilitation clinic in Hyannis, MA. This contract opportunity is ideal for a clinician who thrives in a patient-centered environment and is passionate about improving mobility and function in both adult and pediatric populations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
- Conduct diagnostic assessments to determine functional impairments
- Deliver tailored therapeutic interventions and modify plans as needed
- Educate patients and caregivers on continued care and home exercises
- Maintain clear, timely, and accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for holistic patient care
- Supervise and support PT assistants, aides, and students as appropriate
- Uphold standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- At least one year of outpatient physical therapy experience
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Clinical specialty certification (if applicable)
- Experience treating both adult and pediatric patients
- Demonstrated leadership or mentorship capabilities
