Pharmacist - Oncology Responsibilities:
Conduct monthly inspections of medication storage areas, ensuring compliance and safety standards are met.

Identify and replace expired or unusable medications as needed, maintaining accurate documentation.

Supervise and guide pharmacy support staff, ensuring high standards of performance and adherence to procedures.

Review and verify the daily activities of Pharmacy Technicians, contributing to performance evaluations.

Organize and prioritize tasks effectively to ensure the timely delivery of pharmacy services, always striving for excellence in service delivery.

Pharmacist - Oncology Requirements:
Experience: At least one year of experience working as a pharmacist in a hospital setting.

Education: Bachelor's degree in pharmacy required; PGY1/PGY2 Oncology residency preferred.

Certifications: Must hold an active Pharmacist license in the state of Virginia.
