Personal Travel Concierge

Location: Remote (Available in USA, Bahamas, Argentina, Australia, Mexico, Costa Rica, Panama, Peru)

Position Overview: As a Personal Travel Concierge, you will be the go-to expert for creating tailor-made travel experiences. Your role involves managing every aspect of a client’s travel, from initial consultation to the final itinerary, ensuring every detail is meticulously planned and executed. Your personalized approach will turn ordinary vacations into extraordinary memories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and expectations.
  • Itinerary Creation: Design and develop customized travel itineraries that reflect the client’s desires, ensuring a perfect match between their vision and the experiences provided.
  • Booking & Coordination: Handle all aspects of travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, dining, and activities.
  • Personalized Service: Provide a high level of personal attention, addressing special requests, and ensuring all travel arrangements meet the highest standards of quality.
  • Problem Resolution: Proactively identify potential issues and provide timely solutions to ensure a smooth travel experience.
  • Destination Expertise: Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry insights to offer informed recommendations.
  • Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients before, during, and after their trip to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service or travel planning, with a background in personalized services preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be able to read/write English fluently. Bilingual is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
