Connected Hearts Pediatric Therapy is a team of professional, licensed Speech Language Pathologists and Occupational Therapists dedicated to combining expertise and compassion in each session and encounter. We provide mobile therapy services to children and families in South Palm Beach and North Broward Counties, serving clients in their natural environments such as homes, schools, and daycares. We are committed to fostering a warm, compassionate and family-centered approach through our practice. 

Key Responsibilities:

As an integral part of our team you will: 

• Conduct assessments to identify the needs of children in various settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy services in homes and schools.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and educators to support the child's progress.
• Use neurodiversity-affirming practices to tailor interventions to each child's unique strengths and challenges.
• Monitor and document the child’s progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Educate families and school staff on strategies to support the child's development.

Qualifications

• Pediatric Experience preferred
• Ability to provide compassionate and effective therapy sessions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Occupational Therapist License and certification
• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
• Training in Sensory Integration and sensory processing preferred 

Location: Palm Beach County and North Broward County surrounding areas.

NOTE: Please know that we do not have a physical address or physical clinic and that we travel to patients around the south Palm Beach, and north Broward counties.
