As a Patient Enrollment Representative, you'll play a vital role in helping individuals understand and enroll in essential pharmacy services. Your exceptional communication skills and empathetic nature will shine as you engage with prospective patients over the phone, guiding them through the enrollment process and answering any questions they may have.
What You'll Do:
Make an average of 100 outbound calls daily to educate prospective patients about our services and assist with enrollment.
Communicate clearly and effectively, using provided scripts to convey the benefits of our services in a compelling way.
Guide prospective members through the enrollment process, ensuring they understand the commitment and steps involved in becoming a patient.
Maintain a positive, professional, and enthusiastic demeanor during all interactions.
Meet departmental goals related to outbound dials, appointments scheduled, and quality targets.
Handle patient inquiries and concerns, escalating issues to supervisors when necessary.
Record and track patient information while ensuring compliance with confidentiality laws and guidelines.
Conduct follow-up calls to confirm appointments and assist with rescheduling as needed.
Utilize technology to document interactions and facilitate the enrollment process.
Collaborate closely with prescriber offices to review patient statuses and support onboarding efforts.

Additional Information:
This is a full-time remote position.
Typical workdays are Monday through Friday, from 10 AM to 6:30 PM Eastern time, with occasional Saturday overtime required.
Bilingual candidates (English and Spanish) are encouraged to apply.

Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
At least 1 year of experience in a call center, physician office, or customer service setting is required (this can be combined with office experience).
Prior experience with CRM systems and data entry is strongly preferred.
Work from Home Requirements:
Reliable internet service with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps and an Ethernet connection is essential.
Equipment (keyboard, monitor, laptop computer, headset, etc.) will be provided, but candidates must supply their own workspace furniture.
A secure, quiet workspace free from distractions and interruptions is necessary.
