We’re looking for a Part-Time Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who loves blending creativity with strategy—someone who can take an idea and make it look good, feel right, and perform well. • Design digital and print assets for dealership marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and internal communications.
• Create on-brand visuals for Castle’s corporate and rooftop-level initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing, social media, and content teams to bring campaigns to life.
• Prepare production-ready files for print and digital vendors.
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative deliverables.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of design experience (agency, in-house, or freelance).
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
• Video or motion design experience is a plus (Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Hours & Compensation

• Part-time: 15–25 hours per week (flexible schedule).
• Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
• Remote-friendly, with occasional in-person meetings or shoots.
