Salary Range: $70,000-$102,000 annually (with potential bonuses and incentives)

Your Role:
As a member of our team, you'll enjoy a balanced weekly schedule, dedicating time to both client sessions and professional development.

Primary Responsibilities:

Work 30 hours per week, including:
20 hours dedicated to therapy sessions (targeting 20 clinical sessions)
10 hours for case consultations, documentation, and administrative tasks
Flexible Clinical Hours: 3:30 pm-8:30 pm PST, Monday-Friday, with optional Saturday availability from 9 am-1 pm PST
Provide weekly therapy sessions using CBT and other evidence-based practices for children (ages 8-17) and young adults
Participate in individual and team case consultations, peer discussions, and development programs to foster collaboration
Maintain accurate clinical notes and documentation
Collaborate with clients' pediatricians, school counselors, and family members as needed

Who We're Looking For:
Licensure Requirements: Active, unrestricted license in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist
Experience: Minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience, with a focus on young clients and family support
Skills: Familiarity with evidence-based mental health practices, ability to work independently, and a collaborative mindset
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with tools like Zoom, Microsoft Office, and electronic health records
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: $62,000 - $67,000 annually for 30 hours/week, including 20 clinical sessions
Incentive Opportunities: Increase your caseload for potential earnings up to an additional $30,000 annually

Licensure: Active license in CA
Availability: Able to work 4-5 evenings per week until 7:30 or 8:30 pm PST
Education: Master's degree (required)
Experience: Minimum 1 year in child & adolescent mental health (required)
Location: Remote, with a preference for candidates based in the Pacific Time Zone
